This is one of my all time favorite fabrics!  Imported from Europe, this is a top quality 100% cotton velvet with such a beautiful and soft hand.  The background is chocolate brown and the fabric features peacocks, flowers and swirls in shades of green and red with creamy white accents.  You will love working with this amazing and unique fabric!
