Students will create a gorgeous and unique tiered skirt for ladies using a
Sheree's Alchemy Design skirt pattern. Students will learn how to gather,
create a casing, insert elastic as well as top stitch while creating a gorgeous
ladies skirt. This is a great beginner class.
