Students will create a gorgeous child-sized 3-tiered twirl skirt using Sheree's
Alchemy Design fabulous skirt pattern. Students will learn how to gather,
create a casing, insert elastic as well as top stitch while creating a gorgeous
twirly skirt sure to be a hit with their favorite little girl! This is a
great beginner class.
