Patchwork Sewing Summer Camp
Dates: Monday, July 30-Friday, August 3, 2012

Time: 10:00am until 3pm all five days (bring a sack lunch)
Fee:  $200.00 ( fabric and supplies are extra)
Ages:  10 and up
Skill Level: Beginner/Intermediate

This summer camp is all about Patchwork!  Students will spend their time creating a variety of patchwork pieced items, including bags and totes, accessories (headbands, belts, etc), pillows/pillowcases and and a quilt or duvet.  In addition to learning basic patchwork skills, students will learn how to mix and match fabrics, prints and colors to create balanced, pleasing combinations that will have a young and modern look to them.  Students do not need to purchase any patterns for this camp, but they will need to purchase  all of their fabrics, supplies and notions for their individual projects.  A detailed fabric, supply and notion list will be created for each student during registration as each student will have a unique list of needs based on what they plan to make.
